I have Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) which is a 4-year undergraduate business degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario (Canada). I graduated with honors in 1984 and spent the next 18 years working in the tech sector. Specifically, I was in sales and sales management for a variety of telecommunication equipment vendors. My employers included Wellfleet Communications, Bay Networks and Nortel Networks.
I became a real estate investor in the early 90’s and became a full-time real estate agent in 2003. While this is recent, I have well developed analytic, communication and negotiation skills from my previous experiences, working for Fortune 500 companies.
I am fully competent in virtually all real estate matters, with an added focus and experience in the following subjects:
- Relocations to San Francisco (50% of my clients)
- Victorian/Edwardian Properties
- "Fixers" – (I have a great contractor network)
- TIC's (Tenants in Common)
- Investment Properties
- Foreclosures
